SJA Summer Camp
With summer around the corner, what better way for your children to spend the summer but here at SJA! SJA summer camp registrations were sent home earlier this year. We are offering 7 weeks of summer fun with a minimum of 3 excursions per week. There is lunch and snack options and before and after care available. Register before it is too late! Ms. Hughes would be happy to answer any questions you may have. She can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org
We started our day with the reflective certificates at our morning assembly! Congratulations to Diyanka in our class and all the other winners! We also handed out the Fun Awards in our class. They will be sent home tomorrow as I would like to laminate them before students take them home.
Today the students were introduced to dividing! We used marbles to show how we can divide a group into smaller groups with even numbers. I first showed students how to do a problem and then each of them got a turn showing the answer to a problem. They did a great job!

We spent the rest of the day completing a fun end of the year package with word searches, crosswords, word scrambles, mazes, and colouring pages.
We had our final house cup games! Students and teachers participated in a three legged race, teacher trivia and hungry hungry houses. In the end, Zeta came in first place winning the house cup, followed by Kappa in second and Theta in third. Great job everyone!
**Please remember to be at school by 8:45am for the promotion ceremony!**
